SLAVIOR/ex-FATES WARNING drummer Mark Zonder has issued the following update:

"As I am gearing up for my clinics, SLAVIOR is still looking for the right singer to complete our second album. We have worked with a few talented guys, but have not found the exact match as of yet. We have some nice strong songs for the second album, but need the voice to complete it. Please feel free to write and attach samples to [email protected]."

Mark Zonder's October 27 clinic at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California will be professionally filmed for future release. More information will be made available soon.

Upcoming Mark Zonder clinics:

Oct. 27 - Musicians Institute - Hollywood, CA
Oct. 28 - Guitar Center - Fountain Valley, CA
Oct. 30 - Guitar Center - Covina, CA

A 20-second promotional clip announcing Mark Zonder's upcoming Southern California drum clinics can be viewed below.

Says Zonder: "I will be playing stuff from FATES WARNING, SLAVIOR, WARLORD as well as other stuff and talking about various topics including how to come up with parts, life in the music business and electronics, as well as other various topics. Plenty of giveaways as well."

SLAVIOR's self-titled debut album was released on April 3, 2007 via Inside Out Music. A versatile, melodic hard rock/metal act, SLAVIOR's debut album features elements familiar to Zonder's progressive metal past, but also introduces a wide array influences including reggae, hip-hop, and modern rock.
