SLASH To Play Private Concert For SiriusXM Listeners In New York City

SiriusXM announced today that world-renowned musician and songwriter Slash and his band, featuring MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS will perform an exclusive invitation-only concert for SiriusXM listeners on Monday, September 15 at Santos Party House in New York City. The performance will air live on SiriusXM's Octane channel at 8:00 pm ET.

In addition to airing live via satellite on Octane, channel 37, Slash's performance at Santos Party House will also be available through the SiriusXM Internet radio app on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at SiriusXM.com.

After the broadcast, the concert will be available on SiriusXM On Demand for listeners via the SiriusXM Internet radio app for smartphones and other mobile devices or online at SiriusXM.com.

The private show and live broadcast is part of SiriusXM's "Slash Week", the week-long special on SiriusXM's Octane channel celebrating the release of Slash's new album, "World On Fire", scheduled to be released on September 16.

"Slash Week" will also feature Slash hosting a live special from the SiriusXM studios — taking calls from listeners with special co-host Myles Kennedy, lead singer of THE CONSPIRATORS and ALTER BRIDGE. Listeners can call 888-897-4748 to talk with Slash. Additionally, throughout "Slash Week", Slash will debut tracks from his new album.

On Friday, September 19 at 6:00 p.m. ET, Slash will guest host on Ozzy Osbourne's SiriusXM channel Ozzy's Boneyard. Slash will spin tunes from his storied rock career and tell the stories behind the songs. Hear Slash with GUNS N' ROSES, SLASH'S SNAKEPIT, VELVET REVOLVER, and tracks from "World On Fire" all throughout the weekend.
