SKID ROW To Land On Germany's SPV/STEAMHAMMER?

April 8, 2003

SKID ROW are strongly rumored to have landed a European deal with SPV/Steamhammer Records for their already-completed new album, "ThickSkin". A spring release is expected. The band have yet to find a suitable U.S. label following their split with longtime home Atlantic Records.

SKID ROW, who now feature in their ranks singer Johnny Solinger, recently put the finishing touches on their first-ever DVD, titled "Under The Skin — The Making of ThickSkin". According to the band's official web site, the DVD "takes you from the songwriting process through the recording of the new record. There's lots of cool behind-the-scenes footage from rehearsal, the recording studio, and the infamous Skid House, as well as bonus footage that shows the Skids outside their musical environment."

SKID ROW will embark on a summer amphitheater tour next month with POISON and VINCE NEIL.
