Philadelphia-based metallers SINGLE BULLET THEORY have officially split from Crash Music Inc., according to a press release. The band released two albums under the Crash Music label: "Route 666" (2002) and "Behind Eyes of Hatred" (2004).

SINGLE BULLET THEORY have just finished up a five-week trek across the United States and Canada with AMORPHIS, INTO ETERNITY and BEYOND THE EMBRACE and are currently working on new material with drummer Jason Dunkerly (who also played on "Behind Eyes of Hatred" but was unable to commit to joining the group on a permanent basis at the time).

SINGLE BULLET THEORY will be shopping the new material to several labels in the next few months and are negotiating the possibilities of touring again during the summer as a support act.
