Sharon Osbourne has made a deal to host a talk show, according to Variety.

Osbourne and Telepictures Prods. — which also is developing a talker with actress/comedienne Ellen DeGeneres for next year — have agreed to prepare a single-issue show with a view towards a debut in syndication during the fall of 2003.

The Los Angeles Times, quoting "industry sources," reported the wife/manager of Ozzy Osbourne will receive between $3 million and $5 million for her efforts.

Osbourne is battling colon cancer and expects to be in chemotherapy through March. It's a treatment she last month told Daily Variety makes her "tired" and is "draining."
