SHARON OSBOURNE Mentors British Pizza Waiter

PrestonToday.net is reporting that a British pizza waiter is hoping to make his mark in the world of showbiz with a little help from his new friend — Sharon Osbourne.

Singer Luke Partington narrowly missed out on a place in the grand final of TV talent show "The X Factor" but is now being mentored by the outspoken music manager and wife of legendary rocker Ozzy.

The 21-year-old from Lytham made it through to the final stages of the ITV1 show after judges Sharon, along with pop supremos Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, spotted his potential during gruelling auditions.

Luke said: "Sharon has invited me to visit her in LA when I am over there in February. We built up a good relationship over the days we were together.

"She also gave me plenty of advice. She thinks I will make a good TV presenter, and she has put me in touch with some people in that field."

Luke, who is now back in his day job working at Pizza Express in Lytham, intends to heed Sharon's advice and pursue a career in presenting.

He said: "When some one like Sharon Osbourne gives you advice it is like gold dust, it is priceless, you have to take notice.

"Sharon is amazing. She was like a caring, loving mother figure, but she swore like a trooper, and had a fantastic sense of humour." Read more.
