SHADOWS FALL To Guest On 'Lex & Terry' Morning Show

SHADOWS FALL have had an extremely busy week upon being named as main-stage performers at this year's Ozzfest, having their new single for "Inspiration On Demand" score the #4 Most Added spot on the R&R Active Rock chart behind AUDIOSLAVE, GREEN DAY and ROBERT PLANT, all while continuing to annihilate arenas on the SLIPKNOT tour. Jason Bittner (drums) just scored the top spot for "Best Metal Drummer" and "Best Recorded Performance" in Modern Drummer's coveted Readers' Poll awards beating out such legends as Lars Ulrich (METALLICA),Vinnie Paul (PANTERA, DAMAGEPLAN) and Joey Jordison (SLIPKNOT). This is huge accomplishment and also a further testament to his ability and status in the genre. Look for their new video for "Inspiration On Demand", shot by acclaimed director Zach Merck (12 STONES, ATREYU),to make its MTV2 debut on "Headbanger's Ball" this Saturday, March 19.

SHADOWS FALL has just been confirmed to appear on the nationally syndicated "Lex & Terry" morning show this Monday, March 21 at 8:30 a.m. (EST). "Lex & Terry" is not your typical morning show, it is not about "bits" and "parodies". It's just about two average guys, living your lifestyle, talking with listeners about their lives, hearing their stories and trying to solve their problems. It is about relationship advice, sports talk, crazy stunts, poking fun at the absurd and of course "boys just being boys."

Last September, SHADOWS FALL released their critically acclaimed album "The War Within", and in its first week of release it SoundScanned an impressive 39,251 copies, debuting at #20 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. The album has since catapulted over 250,000 copies sold in just six months time garnering accolades in such mainstream publications as Billboard, Rolling Stone, Spin and Stuff.
