SHADOWS FALL's BITTNER: European Drum Clinics Announced

August 23, 2005

SHADOWS FALL drummer Jason Bittner will be participating in the following drum clinics in September:

Sep. 25 - Drummer Live in London
Sep. 26 - Hamburg @ Amptown Music
Sep. 27 - Ibbenbüren @ Musik Produktiv
Sep. 28 - Karlsruhe @ Rockshop

Commented Bittner: "I was asked to participate in Drummer Live last year and could not partake due to our touring schedule. I was asked again this year and fortunately I'll be able to be a part of it. Modern Drummer fest was great, and this will give me a chance to perform the same type of material for people on the other side of the ocean and I'm looking very forward to it!"

As previously reported, SHADOWS FALL recently shot a video for the track "Enlightened By The Cold" with longtime director Zach Merck (12 STONES, ATREYU). The clip portrays what a day in the life of SHADOWS FALL is like on Ozzfest and it is tentatively set to make its network debut next month.

SHADOWS FALL are believed to be on the verge of signing a European deal with Roadrunner Records. The Massachusetts-based band, who sold nearly 250,000 copies of their latest CD, "The War Within", in the United States, have fulfilled their commitment to Century Media Records and are expected to sign a big-money major-label deal (possibly with Atlantic) for the North American territory.
