SEBASTIAN BACH: I Am Innocent Until Proven Guilty

March 18, 2002

Former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach has issued a brief statement in response to the news reports of him having been charged with making terroristic threats and drug possession after a dispute with a bartender at a Midletown, New York restaurant last Wednesday night (March 13th). Here is Bach's statement in its entirety:

“There is a report in the press about an unfortunate incident that occurred [last Wednesday night] in a restaurant. In this country, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty, & I ask everyone to consider that when reading press reports about the incident. I look forward to proceeding with this matter in a legal setting, where the truth will become known. Yours sincerely, Sebastian Bach.”
