SEARING MEADOW: New Song Posted Online

Finnish melodic death metal band SEARING MEADOW has released a new promotional CD. The effort was recorded at Noisecamp Studios with producer Kari Nieminen. The track listing is as follows:

01. Inverted
02. Obey and Desecrate

Check out the song "Inverted" on the band's MySpace page.

Guitarist Sasu Haapanen previously stated about the new material. "Although pretty recognizible SEARING MEADOW stuff — [the songs are] much heavier and gloomier. Ville's [Pekkala; guitar] been listening to lot of bands like OLD MAN'S CHILD recently and you can hear their influences pushing through. I guess you won't hear songs like 'These Evening Tears' on the next album."

SEARING MEADOW's debut CD, "Corroding from Inside", was released in 2005 via Crash Music Inc.
