SCELERATA Mixing New Album

December 14, 2007

Brazilian progeressive metallers SCELERATA are currently mixing their new album, "Skeletons Domination", at G-Trax studios (owned by HELLOWEEN guitarist Sascha Gerstner) in Abermmanstadt, Germany with producer Charlie Bauerfeind (HELLOWEEN, BLIND GUARDIAN, HALFORD, SAXON, RAGE).

Commented singer Carl Casagrande: "We had amazing feedback with the worldwide release of 'Darkness and Light' album in 2006/07! The 20-date tour [alongside] acts like EDGUY, GAMMA RAY and DEEP PURPLE, along with entering the top 50 sales charts in Japan and the appearance on European mags such as Scream (Norway),Metal Hammer (Germany),Rock Hard (France) and Metal Maniac (Italy),helped the band with the album sales and releasing it in USA and Canada too! At the Rock Brigade readers' poll 2006, most important metal poll in Brazil, the 'Darkness and Light' album was elected by the popular vote the third best metal album in 2006, right after SEPULTURA and ANGRA! Due this all, we've joined forces with the great producer Charlie Bauerfeind, for this new album to come, which in case, will be a few steps ahead of 'Darkness and Light'!"
