SCAVENGER Finalizing Record Deal

SCAVENGER, the Danish death/thrash project featuring Flemming C. Lund (INVOCATOR, ex-AUTUMN LEAVES) on rhythm/lead guitar, Kasper Thomsen (RAUNCHY) on vocals, Boris Tandrup (SUBMISSION, SLUGS, ex-AUTUMN LEAVES) on bass, and Morten Løwe Sørensen (SUBMISSION, SLUGS, STRANGLER) on drums, are "currently negotiating with labels regarding a release of a full-length album," and "expect to have sorted things out within a couple of weeks time," according to a posting on the band's official web site. "For now it looks like we will record the upcoming full-length in the spring of 2006 with a release date probably around the summer of 2006."

SCAVENGER recently completed work on a three-song demo CD, entitled "Promo 2005", at Hansen studios in Ribe, Denmark. The CD was engineered by Jacob Hansen and was produced by Jacob Hansen and Flemming C. Lund. The complete track listing for the effort is as follows:
