As previously reported, SCARVE will enter the studio next winter to begin recording the follow-up to last year's "Irradiant", tentatively due in early 2006. The band have also postponed plans to have their debut album, "Translucence" (originally released in 2000),reissued in 2005 with a bonus DVD. "Preparing the bonus DVD is taking more time than expected, and we really want this to be a killer package!" the band write on their web site. A 2006 release is expected.

SCARVE's Dirk Verbeuren will spend much of 2005 touring with SOILWORK after having laid down the drum tracks for the group's new album, "Stabbing the Drama".
