SAVATAGE Mastermind JON OLIVA: Solo Debut In Mixing Stage

SAVATAGE mastermind Jon Oliva and 'TAGE MAHAL are now completing the final mix for of Oliva's solo debut at Morrisound Studios in Tampa, Florida with Jim Morris at the helm. Eight tracks have been completed and the remaining mixes and mastering will be finalized within the next few weeks. Worldwide distribution is close to being inked and will be announced in the coming weeks. An extensive tour schedule is a high priority for the band and will be announced as soon as the release date has been set. 'TAGE MAHAL will be performing a "sneak preview" of the new record at Prog-Power V in Atlanta, Ga. on September 16 and 17. Jon is joined, both in the studio and on tour, by the former members of CIRCLE II CIRCLE: Christopher Kinder (drums), Kevin Rothney (bass), Matt LaPorte (guitar) and John Zahner (keyboards).
