Massachusetts' SAM BLACK CHURCH played a one-off reunion show this past Saturday (September 22) at The Roxy in Boston. It was the band's first live appearance in over six years. DARKBUSTER, MADBALL and UNEARTH also performed at the show.

SAM BLACK CHURCH ripped up the nation for years with their unique brand of metal. Touring with bands like CLUTCH, STOMP BOX, NOTHINGFACE and STUCK MOJO, to name a few, SBC had built one of the most loyal and rabid fan bases in the country by getting out there and doing what they did best — ROCK! They disbanded in 2000.
