SALEM: Two Full Tracks From 'Strings Attached' Available For Download

Two complete tracks from Israeli death metallers SALEM's new album, "Strings Attached", have been made available for download at the group's official web site. Check out the songs "Coming End of Reason" and "The Fading" at SalemBand.com.

"Strings Attached" will be released in Israel on June 29. As a gesture to local fans, the CD will be sold for one night only at the annual Metalist Festival, which will take place on June 22 in Palmachim.

Two editions will be released: the regular edition, plus the special edition, featuring an exclusive slip cover and a bonus disc with three remixes, four live songs (off "Live Demise"),three instrumental versions of songs from "Strings Attached", "Roach Waltz" (drums solo) and an alternate version of "A Moment of Silence", featuring Amir Naubach.

As previously reported, the cover artwork for "Strings Attached" has been uploaded at this location. The cover was designed by the band's guitar player, Nir Gutraiman.

"Strings Attached" contains songs from the band's past repertoire and one brand new song, all re-arranged and performed with one of the most respected all-girl string quartets in Israel. Also featured on the CD will be a remake of the SALEM classic "Old Wounds", featuring guest appearances by the lead vocalists of ETERNAL GRAY, ARALLU, BARTHOLOMEUS NIGHT, MOONSKIN, LEHAVOTH, MATRICIDE, SPAWN OF EVIL, SOLITARY and HANGMAN.
