April 25, 2006

SAHG, the Norwegian "stoner rock" band featuring members of GORGOROTH, MANNGARD and AUDREY HORNE, have entered the national charts in Norway at position No. 31 with their debut album, entitled "Sahg 1" (Regain Records). View the whole chart at this location.

The four-piece was founded in early 2004 and spent the past year in the studio writing and recording their first CD, consisting of "ten songs of classic heavy rock with a groove that would make John Bonham proud, highlighted with epic and soaring melodies that will even leave a die-hard IRON MAIDEN fan breathless," according to a press release. Download the song "Godless Faith" at this location. The video for the track can be viewed here. More audio samples are available at www.myspace.com/sahg.

SAHG recently performed at Oslo's Inferno Festival alongside EMPEROR, DISMEMBER and SUSPERIA, among many others.
