RUSH: XM Studio Performance To Air In October

RUSH fan site Power Windows is reporting that RUSH appeared live on August 3 from XM's "state-of-the-art performance studio" in Washington, DC before 40 lucky fans selected from over 200 entries in an XM contest. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson took part in a Q&A session before performing acoustic renditions of "Resist" and "Heart Full of Soul". The debut of the taped show will be simulcast on XM Live 200, Boneyard 41, Deep Tracks 40 and Music Lab 51 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Oct. 10, with encores airing on XM Boneyard 41 Oct. 11, Oct. 19, Oct. 28 and Nov. 6. In other news, Geddy Lee announced during an appearance on BBC Music 6 Wednesday (Sep. 8) that the band would be filming a German concert "for historical purposes."
