April 28, 2007

The Exchange, an independent music retailer with 20 stores in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, will participate in a special promotion with Anthem/Atlantic recording artists RUSH. The event is being sponsored by WTAM in Cleveland, Cleveland Free Times magazine and the Pittsburgh City Paper.

RUSH's new studio album, "Snakes & Arrows", is due out on May 1. It's the Canadian band's first new collection of original material in nearly five years. RUSHGeddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, and Neil Peart — will trumpet the release of "Snakes & Arrows" with a full-scale 48-city North American amphitheater tour, the renowned trio's first since 2004's "An Evening With Rush: 30th Anniversary Tour". A special limited-edition MVI (Music Video Interactive, the music industry's newest configuration) version of "Snakes & Arrows" will be released on June 5. It plays in all standard DVD players, computers and game consoles with DVD drives. Digital music files are compatible with all MP3 devices. A modified digi-pack that is slightly taller than a standard jewel case has been designed to house all standard MVI releases.
