RUSH: ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME Petition Launched

March 14, 2004

Classic Rock Revisited (www.classicrockrevisited.com) owner and operator Jeb Wright has started an online petition to get RUSH elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "I know... I know this has been done before but please hear me out," Jeb writes. "Our goal is to get FIFTY THOUSAND signatures and we are going to be asking classic rock radio to get behind us as well as web sites, fan sites, message boards, news wire services and any other forms of media we can think of.

"As editor of Classic Rock Revisited, I will personally deliver the petition to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame upon getting our fifty thousandth signature. We feel RUSH has been ignored and that it is totally unfair and we want to right this wrong. We need you to help. Please post this in the news on your website and spread the word in any mailing lists. The petition is only hours old as of this writing and we want to get to where we are going as fast as we can. Just visit us and point your readers to ClassicRockRevisited.com and spread the word.

"I believe that with Classic Rock Revisited being held in high regard and my pledge to hand deliver this petition to Cleveland that we can do what others have not been able to do and that is make people take notice.

"Please help us by coming over to Classic Rock Revisited and clicking on the picture of RUSH on our front page and sign the petition. You can also go directly to the petition by clicking here."
