RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER Sign To RELAPSE RECORDS

August 12, 2005

Relapse Records has announced the signing of criminal thrash masterminds, RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER. The band's Relapse Records debut, "Buried in the Front Yard", will see an October 11 release date.

The Philadelphia, PA quintet administers waves of relentless energy on "Buried in the Front Yard". Spinning speed metal into gold, RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER's DISSECTION vs. KREATOR-esque metal and extreme genre-bending thrash is sure to ignite the moshing hordes of the underground into a sweating — yet bewildered — frenzy!

RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER frontman Eli Shaika issued this warning upon the band's signing to Relapse, "Hold onto your wallets...cause we're not fuckin' around!"

Shaika and the rest of the "orange and black attack", known for their extremely energetic live performances, will launch a string of east coast live dates this month in anticipation of "Buried in the Front Yard"'s release. The band's first live show since joining the Relapse family will take place on August 19 in Trenton, NJ as part of the 2005 Hellfest, where they will perform alongside labelmates NILE, BURIED INSIDE and THE END.
