ROOTWATER To Release 'Visionism' In March

January 8, 2010

Polish metallers ROOTWATER will release their new album, "Visionism", on March 8 via Mystic Production/Indie Distribution. The follow-up to "Limbic System" was recorded at Sound Division Studio in Warsaw (with vocals recorded at Cosmic Studio).

"Visionism" track listing:

01. Venture
02. Living In The Cage
03. Closer
04. Frozenthal
05. Freedom
06. Timeless
07. Realize
08. Follow The Spirit
09. Alive
10. The Ministry
11. Steiner
12. Under The Mask
13. Visionism
14. Haydamaka

The album's closing track, "Haydamaka", features a guest appearance by the Ukrainian band HAYDAMAKY, also known as the "Ukrainian dub machine."

"Visionism" is a concept album being the road to the roots of everything, to true nature and primal instincts — which will result in awakening from stagnation to recall the core and sense of human existence. It's also the summary of the bandmembers' works of art, their paths and choices.

Two songs from the album are already available for streaming on the ROOTWATERMySpace page.

The "Follow The Spirit" video can be viewed below.

ROOTWATER bass player Heinrich (also in VESANIA, UNSUN, MASACHIST) recently joined the new DECAPITATED lineup, and will hit the road with the group in February.
