ROBERT PLANT Continues To Scotch LED ZEPPELIN Reunion Possibilities

Launch Radio Networks reports: Although it's been a while since the last spate of LED ZEPPELIN reunion rumors, that doesn't mean they won't crop up again. But singer Robert Plant, who has a new solo album and tour on the horizon, is once again making it clear that he has no interest in getting back together with his old bandmates. "It's not that I've been obstructive," he explained. "It's just that it meant what it meant when it meant it, and beyond that there was no story, and with John's (Bonham) passing and all that stuff, it was gone. There's no need for it."

LED ZEPPELIN broke up after drummer John Bonham died on September 25, 1980.

Plant and his current band, the STRANGE SENSATION, release a new album, "Mighty Rearranger", on Tuesday (May 10).

The group kicks off a North American tour on June 15 in Providence, Rhode Island.
