June 29, 2010

Rob Zombie guest-hosted last night's (Monday, June 28) edition of "WWE Raw", the professional wrestling television program for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) that currently airs on the USA network in the United States. Zombie hosted the event live from the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Check out a couple of photos below.

Rob Zombie will head into the studio next week to record several new songs with his touring band, which includes SLIPKNOT drummer Joey Jordison. Zombie wrote that the new material is "some of the fastest and heaviest tracks we have recorded in a long, long time." The new music will be available in September, although Zombie did not say how it will be released.

Jordison made his live debut as a member of Rob Zombie's touring band on April 8 at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles.

Jordison sat behind the kit for the "Gruesome Twosome" tour, which featured Zombie along with his longtime pal, Alice Cooper. Jordison will next tour alongside Zombie as part of the 2010 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, which Zombie is co-headlining with KORN. That tour kicks off July 10 in San Bernardino, California and runs through August 14 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
