Monster Energy Welcome To Rockville producer Danny Wimmer of Danny Wimmer Presents explains: "People thought I was crazy when I launched a festival in Jacksonville. This is my hometown, so I ignored everyone, and we came out of the gate with a sold-out event.

"To go from 10,000 tickets that first year to over 50,000 in 2015, and making this Florida's biggest rock experience, I couldn't be more proud to be a native of North Florida and to showcase my home town nationally. Welcome To Rockville has become one of rock's most recognizable festivals, and it's only going to get better."
