ROB ROCK: Live DVD Postponed

Powerhouse heavy metal vocalist ROB ROCK (ex-IMPELLITTERI, DRIVER, JOSHUA) has posted the following message at his official web site:

"Special thanks to the fans that attended OwenFest in Germany and Elements of Rock in Switzerland. We had a great time and appreciate your enthusiastic support.

"The live DVD [which was supposed to be filmed at the Owen show] has been postponed to a later date. We are now working on a South American tour for November of 2006. In the meantime we will be writing new songs and planning our next album.

"Thank you for your patience these past few months as we finally get back to monthly news updates, vocal tips and tour dates. Please check back each month for new information."

As previously reported, JVC/Victor Entertainment Japan released ROB ROCK's latest CD, "Holy Hell", with four bonus tracks on September 22, 2005: "Ride the Wind", featuring a Gus G. (FIREWIND) guitar solo; "Lost in a World", originally recorded and mixed during the "Rage of Creation" (2000) sessions; "I’m a Warrior" (alternate mix) and "First Winds of the End of Time" (alternate mix) (alternate mixes by Roy Z).

"Holy Hell" was released in the U.S. on September 6, 2005 via Candlelight/Caroline Records. The CD features contributions from Bobby Jarzombek (drums; HALFORD, ICED EARTH, RIOT), Carljohan Grimmark (guitar; NARNIA), Andreas Olsson (bass; NARNIA), Bob Rossi (guitar), Rick Renstrom (guitar), and producer/guitarist Roy Z. Special guests include EDGUY singer Tobias Sammet and Italian keyboard sensation Mistheria.

"Holy Hell" was mixed by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark and was released in Europe in April via AFM Records.
