RE:IGNITION Cancel Dates With EARSHOT Due To 'Medical Emergency'

April 5, 2006

RE:IGNITION, the San Francisco Bay Area band featuring in its ranks SKINLAB members Steev Esquivel and Snake, have been forced to cancel their previously announced Pacific Northwest tour dates with EARSHOT due to "a medical emergency." "We apologize for any inconvenience, and look forward to seeing all of you at some point in the near future," the band write in a statement. "Thank you for understanding, we appreciate all your support. Also we would like to say a special thank you to Jeff Hill and Wishbone Productions for being very understanding and accomodating during these tough times."

RE:IGNITION shot a video for their song "Head On" with director Shawn Sparks (MACHINE HEAD, UNJUST) on February 9 at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California. The band recently signed a deal with Corporate Punishment Records. The group's as-yet-untitled debut album is scheduled for release this summer. In the meantime, fans can preview tracks from the upcoming CD by visiting www.myspace.com/reignition.
