QUIET RIOT Bassist, VELVET REVOLVER Drummer Record Music For TV Show

QUIET RIOT bassist Chuck Wright was recently in the studio with VELVET REVOLVER drummer Matt Sorum and Lanny Cordola recording music for a new show called "Steel Dreams" (web site). "We created 43 minutes of music that day," says Wright. "It was very inspiring... No holds barred, musically... everything from acid jazz, to rockabilly to full thrashing punk... Then we funked it up with a bootsy stylized jam."

Wright is one of the featured performers on the new IRON MAIDEN tribute album, "Numbers from the Beast: An All Star Salute to Iron Maiden", available now on Restless Records. Chuck is featured on the track "The Trooper" alongside Lemmy Kilmister (MOTÖRHEAD), Phil Campbell (MOTÖRHEAD), Rocky George (FISHBONE, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES) and Chris Slade (AC/DC).
