January 20, 2006

According to ContactMusic.com, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE mainman Josh Homme and his girlfriend, THE DISTILLERS frontwoman Brody Dalle, have become parents to their first child, baby daughter Camille.

The three-kilogram (six-pound, 15-ounce) baby was born in Los Angeles on Tuesday, January 17.

In a statement, the couple reveal mother and daughter are doing very well.

EAGLES OF DEATH METAL frontman Jesse Hughes, who is a close friend of the couple, announced the pregnancy last September.

He said, "They are honestly the most beautiful couple you could ever see. Brody is a beautiful, expecting woman who is also the queen of rock and roll, in my opinion."
