PURE SWEET HELL Mourn Loss Of Former Collaborator

January 2, 2005

Multi-instrumentalist Christ Eichhorn of the two-man project PURE SWEET HELL, which also features in its ranks NEVERMORE drummer Van Williams, has issued the following statement:

"I'm writing this because I can't yet speak.

"PURE SWEET HELL has lost a true friend and brother.

"Jeff Wolfe lost his life doing something that he truly loved. Riding his motorcycle. He was a vital part in the development of the songs that became the 2002 demo. He played bass and gave me a place to record and rehearse during the first few years that I was back in New York. He was a beautiful person who no one who ever met him will forget. His kind, generous nature, quick wit, love of nature and adventurous spirit truly made him one of a kind.

"Our undying love, sympathy and support go out to his wife Tina, son Nolan and entire family. Our grief is without measure.

"Farewell my brother."
