PUNGENT STENCH Cancel Remainder Of U.S. Tour

May 22, 2006

Long-running Austrian extreme metallers PUNGENT STENCH have called off the remainder of their U.S. tour. According to a statement released by the band's drummer, Alex Wank (a.k.a. Rector Stench, Mr. Stench, Sex Slave),the cancellation was caused by "a fuck-up by our agent…. there will be a show in New York City at CBGB on 26th of May and the Maryland Deathfest on the 28th of May. We are sorry about that, but under these extreme chaotic and fucked up conditions, we just can't continue this so-called tour. We will be back, companeros!"

PUNGENT STENCH's latest album, "Ampeauty", was issued in September 2004 through Nuclear Blast Records.
