PRO-PAIN Finalize Track Listing For New Album

PRO-PAIN have finalized the track listing for their eighth studio album, "Fistful of Hate", due on April 6 through Candlelight Records. The CD will arrive in Europe on March 1 on Continental Entertainment/Soulfood Music.

"Fistful of Hate" track listing:

01. Can You Feel It?
02. Left For Dead
03. Godspeed (feat. Stephan Weidner of BĂ–HSE ONKELZ)
04. Implode
05. American Dreams
06. Cut Throat
07. Aftermath
08. Save Face
09. The Better Half Of Forever
10. Freedom Rings
11. Lost Horizons
12. Fistful Of Hate

Recorded in Florida, "Fistful of Hate" is the heaviest and most aggressive album to date from the long-running metal/hardcore band. " 'Fistful Of Hate' is without question our strongest production and contains some of our best work," says bassist/vocalist Gary Meskil. "It's nice to know that we still have the same drive and passion about our music 12-years post inception and we hope that our fans share in our enthusiasm."

"Fistful of Hate", which follows the late 2003 release of the band's critically applauded cover album, "Run For Cover" (Spitfire), is expected to be supported with the band's first U.S. tour in nearly four years. Planned for June, it will follow the band's already scheduled European tour set to begin March 12. The tour will introduce new drummer J.C. Dwyer (ex-PAINGOD).
