PRIMAL FEAR: New Album Update

March 29, 2005

PRIMAL FEAR bassist Mat Sinner has posted the following message on his official web site:

"We wrote overall a bunch of 23 tracks and decided this weekend, which songs will be recorded on the new — yet untitled album — I worte some outstanding tunes, together with my Swedish friend Ronny Milianowicz [DIONYSUS, ex-SINERGY]. We have decided to re-record one of my all-time SINNER classic songs, which we could only played on our tour with DEEP PURPLE in 1998. I always thought, that Ralf's [Scheepers] voice would fit perfect to this song. In two weeks, we will enter the House Of Music and rock the place. I have a new deal with Sandberg guitars and my new California rocks!

"Regaring the recordings, we could finalize a very good plan for the new album. Again, I will produce the album together with the band, plus co-producer and engineer Charlie Bauerfeind. I had a lot of other productions going with Charlie durning the last years like, HAMMERFALL, CANS or HELLOWEEN and we came along very well. I'm absloutely convinced, that Charlie will bring some new fresh positive power to our new album. As you know, that Randy is a native from Vancouver in Canada, his dream was to mix the album at this place. We could sort out a fantastic Plan B. too. Well, it's more expensive to mix the album over there with a legendary world class mixer, but we will try it. Mike Fraser worked with AC/DC, METALLICA, COVERDALE/PAGE, SLIPKNOT, AEROSMITH, THE CULT etc etc and probably at Bryan Adams' Warehouse studio. You all can imagine, that we're really looking forward to record & mix this album!"
