Philippine Black Metallers DEIPHAGO Sign With MORBID MOON RECORDS

June 11, 2006

Philippines-based black metallers DEIPHAGO (photo) have inked a deal with the Canadian underground label Morbid Moon Records for the release of their long-awaited "Satanik Eon" album on both CD and vinyl. The first pressing of the CD version — featuring the original cover — will be hand-numbered and limited to 1,000 copies, while the vinyl version will be limited to die-hard 666 copies. According to a press release, "this is ghastly, rotten black metal, more akin to the likes of IMPIETY, BESTIAL WARLUST, CONQUEROR or cult horde MASOCHIST."

"Satanik Eon" track listing:

01. Intro: Genocide
02. AngelRapeslay
03. Sacrifice for Satan
04. Masofukkchrist
05. Satanists' War
06. 666 Division
07. Satanik Eon
08. Death to Everything
09. Eurynomos (HELLHAMMER cover)

Bonus track on first 1000 CD and 666 vinyl copies:

10. Desecration of Virgin (SARCOFAGO cover)

A rough studio recording of the track "AngelRapeslay" — under its original title, "Rapeslay of the Virgin Mary" — is available for download at this location.
