PHILIP ANSELMO Talks Lyrical Inspiration

Blender.com has posted a short interview clip with DOWN/ex-PANTERA frontman Philip H. Anselmo. The footage, in which he talks about the writing process for the new DOWN album "Over the Under", the meaning behind the CD's title and the personal meaning behind his lyrics, can be viewed below.

ARSON ANTHEM, the new project featuring Anselmo on guitar, Mike Williams (EYEHATEGOD) on vocals, Hank Williams III (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ASSJACK) on drums and Collin Yeo on bass will release its debut EP on February 19, 2008 via Housecore Records; a label created by Anselmo focusing on Phil's side projects and other artists he believes in.

ARSON ANTHEM will team up with RIGOR MORTIS for three shows in December:

Dec. 13 - Exit/In - Nashville, TN
Dec. 14 - Vino's - Little Rock, AR
Dec. 15 - One Eyed Jacks - New Orleans, LA
