'Phallusifer' Director Responds To 'Hollywood Character' Behind 'Club Satan' Movie

March 17, 2007

The director of "Phallusifer – The Immoral Code", which bills itself as "the world's first black metal porn movie," has responded to a press release issued by Shane Bugbee, an actual priest in the Church Of Satan who wrote and directed "Club Satan: The Witches' Sabbath" (which is being touted as "the first-ever Satanic porn") in which Bugbee called "Phallusifer" a "joke of a porn" with "zero" production quality.

Commented the "Phallusifer" director (who is the frontman/axeman of a black metal band and who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being): "I can't believe he [Shane Bugbee] actually went through with this. He sent me several e-mails saying 'Let's go to war of words' and so on, for promotional reasons — and I have all e-mails to prove it. But he also suggested to work together and he was interested in distributing my film (so I find it odd that he released such a statement yet also offered to distribute the film!!). I even noticed postings [below] our Blabbermouth press releases saying statements like, 'We watched 'Phallusifer' and we think the 'Satanic Witches' whatever film is better...' Quite funny, and I have a feeling it was him [posting on Blabbermouth] because it's not possible to already have seen 'Phallusifer' because we only started shipping [copies of the DVD] from Europe 10 days ago they are still in transport while these statements were typed a week ago... again very odd.

"The people involved in this film ['Phallusifer'] were there since the birth of black metal. This Hollywood character [Shane Bugbee] probably thought black metal was BODY COUNT at the time (no racial disrespect inteded here whatsoever!).

"I still wish him and his endeavors best of luck — I'm not interested in this [war of words]. This is too childish.... Let the dogs bark."

According to Karnal Film Productions, which produced the film, the theme of "Phallusifer – The Immoral Code" is "something never done before: Hardcore porn with hints of S&M and Satanic imagery starring the Harlot Queen as herself and a frontman of a known black metal band whose identity will remain anonymous, and the soundtrack is mainly comprised of decadent black metal music," including KILL (Sweden),NECRODAEMON (Germany),THUS DEFILED (U.K.),ANIMA DAMNATA (Poland) and FILII NIGRANTIUM INFERNALIUM (Portugal). "Phallusifer – The Immoral Code" contains over 65 minutes of film, including extra scenes and a trailer. The footage contains artistic editing and enhanced images with satanic symbolism, according to the director (who is the frontman/axeman of yet another black metal band and who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being).
