PERSEFONE To Support OBITUARY In Europe

Andorran symphonic death metal band PERSEFONE will support Florida death metallers OBITUARY on their upcoming European "The Darkest Day Tour 2010". The dates are as follows:

PERSEFONE recently inked a deal with Italy's Kolony Records. The group's third album, "Shin-Ken", will be released in early February 2010.

According to a press release, "Shin-Ken" "is based upon ancient Japanese war stories, and it's a tour de force [in] the melodic and symphonic death metal style that defines today's PERSEFONE."

The CD was mixed and mastered in April 2009 at Jailhouse studios in Horsens, Denmark by Tommy Hansen.
