PAIN CONFESSOR Enter Studio To Demo New Material

Finnish metallers PAIN CONFESSOR will enter the studio today with Janne Saksa to demo two or three new songs. "These songs are called 'Butterfly' and 'Powderburns'. Third song is still unnamed," the band write on their web site.

"'Butterfly' is the slowest (and probably the heaviest) song that PAIN CONFESSOR has ever done and 'Powderburns' will most definitely surprise our fans being a brutal death metal tune with very little melody, at least not too beautiful and melancholic. The third and yet unnamed tune comes closest to anything on [the debut album] 'Turmoil'."

In other news, PAIN CONFESSOR were named "Newcomer of the Year" at Sirkkelirock Metal Weekend held at Tavastia club in Helsinki, Finland last week.

PAIN CONFESSOR's debut album, "Turmoil", is now available on Megamania Records.
