OZZY's Daughter Weeps For 'Lost' Dad

April 6, 2005

The U.K's Mirror.co.uk is reporting that Sharon and Kelly Osbourne broke down in tears on TV as they told a therapist what a terrible father Ozzy was.

The emotional moment is captured in the last ever instalment of their fly-on-the-wall show, "The Osbournes", where the family face professional help for the first time.

The tears flow as the women reveal how the singer, who battled drink and drug problems for years but is now clean, missed out on his children's growing up.

Asked what she missed most during her childhood, Kelly, 20, tearfully replies: "Having a father."

But she adds that Ozzy has done everything he can to make amends and she forgives him.

Her sobs are mirrored by Ozzy's wife/manager Sharon, who wipes her eyes as she admits: "It's hard because this takes you back. I want to go forward."

She says her biggest mistake while bringing up her children, who include Jack, 19, and 21-year-old Amy, was not being strict enough with them.
