OZZY OSBOURNE Voted 'Britain's Silliest Celebrity'

ITV.com reports that Ozzy Osbourne has been voted Britain's silliest celebrity.

The BLACK SABBATH frontman has taken the coveted top spot on the list, which was compiled from a survey of more than 2,000 people.
