OVERKILL Singer To Guest On DAN LORENZO Solo Album

August 11, 2004

OVERKILL frontman Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth and SINGLE BULLET THEORY guitarist/vocalist Matt Difabio have recorded special guest appearances on the second solo album from former HADES guitarist Dan Lorenzo. Blitz and Difabio appear on the tracks "Too Fast For Hate" and "Naked". The album, which was completed at Crystal Studios, will include "one recording I made two years ago with vocalist John Kosco who is now in the band DROPBOX," Lorenzo said.

"The new CD, 'Nice Being Alone', starts with a song called 'BONjour' about the Bon Scott hoax I started with my last CD," added Dan. "The first line is 'Bonjour again, my naive friends, I won't trick you again. I don't know Bon, on drums is Ron, no Angus or Malcolm.' This song actually ends with mentions of Blabbermouth posters...add that to the fact that I got a rhyme for 'Malcolm' and I'm hoping this will end the Bon Scott incident. I also have clips of three other new songs from my new CD — 'F-Bombs For Everyone', 'Keep It Together', and 'My Level' [up on my web site]. If that's not enough for you kids I also had my webmaster add some audio of interviews I've done with Nikki Sixx, Jason Newsted, and Rick from CHEAP TRICK. I recently got a t-shirt deal with Loudmerch.com....well, you'll see/hear everything if you check out www.DanLorenzo.net."
