Original TESTAMENT Lineup To Open FOR JUDAS PRIEST In California

San Francisco Bay Area thrashers TESTAMENT have been added to 107.7 The Bone's "Bone Bash VI" concert on Saturday, July 2 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. They will share the main stage with JUDAS PRIEST, QUEENSRŸCHE and CARBOARD VAMPYRES (featuring former ALICE IN CHAINS guitarist Jerry Cantrell and ex-THE CULT guitarist Billy Duffy).

Commented TESTAMENT frontman Chuck Billy: "It's been many years since we shared the stage with PRIEST. It's going to be cool especially since it's all the original TESTY line up. We hit the stage at 5:30 p.m. so get there early. This will be our first Califonia show together in 13 years. I can't wait. See ya there..."

As previously reported, TESTAMENT's original lineup — Chuck Billy (vocals), Eric Peterson (guitar), Alex Skolnick (guitar), Greg Christian (bass), and Louie Clemente (drums) — have confirmed a show at the Shipwreck in Tacoma, Washington on July 8. The original TESTAMENT lineup will also headline the Thrash Against Cancer benefit on July 9 at The Pound SF outdoor amphitheatre in San Francisco, California. Other groups set to appear at the Thrash Against Cancer concert include VICIOUS RUMORS, LAAZ ROCKIT, HIRAX, MUDFACE, NEIL TURBIN'S DEATHRIDERS (featuring original ANTHRAX vocalist Neil Turbin) and IMAGIKA.

TESTAMENT recently completed a two-week European tour and made an appearance at the Louder Harder Faster festival in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Joining the group's original lineup on a few tracks at the shows was previous TESTAMENT drummer Johnny Tempesta (HELMET, ex-ROB ZOMBIE).
