ORIGIN: 'Finite' Video Posted Online

May 23, 2008

"Finite", the new video from Topeka, Kansas-based death metallers ORIGIN, can be viewed below. The clip was shot in early March in a Brooklyn recording studio with acclaimed director David Brodsky (MyGoodEye),who has previously worked with such bands as GOD FORBID, SUICIDE SILENCE, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD and THE RED CHORD.

"Finite" comes off ORIGIN's latest album, "Antithesis", which came out on April 1 via Relapse Records. The CD was engineered by Rob Rebeck at Chapman Studios and was mastered by Scott Hull at Visceral Sound.

The follow-up to 2005's "Echoes of Decimation", "Antithesis" brings what is widely considered to be the band's strongest lineup back together:

Paul Ryan - Guitar, Vocals
Jeremy Turner - Guitars, Vocals
James Lee - Vocals
Mike Flores - Bass, Vocals
John Longstreth - Drums

ORIGIN is currently on tour in support of "Antithesis", rounding out its U.S. run with labelmates DYING FETUS over the weekend followed by a month-long headlining tour of Europe.
