As previously reported, OMNIUM GATHERUM have been confirmed for this year's installment of the Bloodstock Festival, set to take place September 29-30 at the Assembly Rooms in Derbyshire, England. Also scheduled to perform at the festival are the reformed lineup of the classic U.K. thrash outfit ONSLAUGHT, PRIMAL FEAR, AXEL RUDI PELL, MACHINE MEN, DIED SMILING, ENEMY UNKNOWN, BEYOND AFTERLIFE and STEEL TORMENTOR. About 25 bands in total are expected to appear at the event.

As previously reported, OMNIUM GATHERUM have uploaded their covers of MEGADETH's "Hangar 18" and DEATH's "Suicide Machine" on their MySpace.com page.

OMNIUM GATHERUM's latest album "Years in Waste", was released in the U.S. in March 2005 via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Spirits and August Light" was recorded at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki, Finland with producer Nino Laurenne and engineer Teemu Aalto.
