OBITUARY's JOHN TARDY, ILL NINO To Guest On INDIE 103.1's 'Chaos' Metal Show Wednesday

Vocalist John Tardy of OBITUARY and the members of ILL NINO are slated to be the guests of Indie 103.1's metal show "Chaos" with Jackie Kay on Wednesday, May 24 at 10:00 p.m. PST. Jackie will also be on hand to give away tickets to several events coming to the Los Angeles area in the coming months, such as SLAYER, QUEENSRŸCHE and the upcoming Sounds Of The Underground tour, among other shows. OBITUARY are continuing to tour in support of their latest CD, "Frozen in Time", which was released in July 2005 via Roadrunner Records. The group's first collection of new songs since 1997's "Back from the Dead" was self-produced by the band, with Mark Prator and Scott Burns engineering, and was mastered by Tom Morris at Morrisound. The band are currently on the road in the U.S. with SADUS and DEAD TO FALL.

ILL NINO are scheduled to play the House Of Blues in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 25 as part of the One Nation Undivided tour sponsored by Jagermeister. Also appearing on the bill are GOD FORBID, SILENT CIVILIAN, BLEED THE SKY and EYES OF FIRE.
