OATH TO VANQUISH Added To Record New EP

December 7, 2007

Lebanese death metallers OATH TO VANQUISH will support ROTTING CHRIST at the final date of the Greek band's "Hellenic Tour 2007" on December 23 at the Club Red in Nicosia, Cyprus. A poster for the show can be viewed at this location.

In related news, OATH TO VANQUISH will enter the studio in early 2008 to record an EP entitled "In Dire Consequence". With this release, the bandembers "have allowed themselves to experiment and throw in a few surprises, along with showcasing an evolution of their metal genre-splicing, gutturally brutal, blisteringly fast and truly epileptic sound," according to a press release. An April release is expected.

OATH TO VANQUISH released its debut album, "Applied Schizophrenic Science", in 2006 via UK label Grindethic Records. A promotional video for the track "Executive Onslaught" can be viewed below.
