NIKKI SIXX-Penned Song For Norwegian Pop Singer Posted Online

April 13, 2006

Marion Raven (photo),formerly one half of Norwegian pop group M2M, is out with her new single, "Heads Will Roll", a track she co-wrote with MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx. Listen to the song at this location.

When asked on her official forum about working with Sixx and co-writer James Michael at Michael's studio in Los Angeles, Marion said, "Every day I would drive for like 20 minutes, because it takes 20 minutes to get anywhere in L.A, which I hate. Me, Nikki and James would sit in his house and get ideas for songs. Nikki came up with this awesome bass part and I always wanted to write a song called 'Heads Will Roll'. I had a great time and it's not every day that you work with two hot rock guys like that with tatoos all over."

Marion Raven's solo debut was released via Atlantic Records. She is currently managed by Allen Kovac of 10th Street Entertainment, who also represents MÖTLEY CRÜE, among other artists.
