MYSTIC PROPHECY Finish Recording New Album

MYSTIC PROPHECY, the melodic power metal band consisting of VALLEY'S EVE vocalist Roberto Dimitri Liapakis, ex-STORMWITCH bassist Martin Albrecht, FIREWIND/ex-DREAM EVIL guitarist Gus G., and SACRED STEEL drummer Mathias Straub, have finished recording their new album, "Savage Souls", for an early 2006 release via Massacre Records. The CD, which is being mixed and mastered at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden, will feature guest appearances by Chitral "Chity" Somapala (AVALON, FIREWIND) on backing vocals and Marios iliopoulos (NIGHTRAGE) on lead guitar. MYSTIC PROPHECY will film their December 17, 2005 concert at the Matrix in Bochum, Germany for an upcoming DVD, to be available as a bonus disc with "Savage Souls". The band's third album, "Never-Ending", was released in October 2004 via Nuclear Blast Records.
