MUTINY WITHIN Frontman In The 'Hot Seat'; Video Available

Chris Clancy of the New Jersey-based sextet MUTINY WITHIN recently found himself in the Roadrunner Records "Hot Seat." Watch the video below to see what happens when this vocal prodigy gets asked some scorching questions.

The self-titled debut album from MUTINY WITHIN sold around 900 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD landed at position No. 41 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

"Mutiny Within" was released on February 23 via Roadrunner Records. The CD was recorded at Bieler Bros. Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida with producer Jason Bieler (SIKTH, SKINDRED, DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL, NONPOINT) and was mixed by Jeff Rose and Martin "Ginge" Ford of Nott-In-Pill studios in Newport, Wales, United Kingdom.

The initial sessions for the CD took place at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Jason Suecof, who has previously worked with ALL THAT REMAINS, GOD FORBID, TRIVIUM and DEVILDRIVER, among many others.

MUTINY WITHIN's "Awake" video was directed by Patrick Kendall, who has previously worked with MEGADETH, INCUBUS and SUGARCULT.

MUTINY WITHIN was recently on the road in the U.S. with ARCH ENEMY, EXODUS and ARSIS as part of the "Tyrants of Evil" North American tour.
