MURDER THERAPY: 'The Scourge' Video Available

"The Scourge", the new video from Bologna, Italy-based death metallers MURDER THERAPY, can be viewed below. The clip was filmed by Davide Cilloni of Eklipse Design. The song comes off the band's full-length debut, "Symmetry Of Delirium", which was released in September 2009 via the Netherlands-based label Deity Down Records. The CD was recorded at 16th Cellar Studio (HOUR OF PENANCE, FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE) in Rome, Italy with producer Stefano Morabito (HOUR OF PENANCE, FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE). The follow-up to 2007's independently released "The Therapy" mini-album marks the recording debut of the band's new lineup, featuring "a more violent, more modern and more schizophrenic sound," according to a press release. The CD artwork was created by Alex Eckman-Lawn, who has previously worked with PSYOPUS, AS EDEN BURNS, SUCCESS WILL WRITE APOCALYPSE ACROSS THE SKY and HACRICIDE.

MURDER THERAPY is influenced by such acts as CEPHALIC CARNAGE, IMMOLATION, CANNIBAL CORPSE, MESHUGGAH, MORBID ANGEL, GOJIRA and THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN.
